Although I've been knowing Jobe for about 7 years, this is the first time I've been in his store. And I must say, I'm extremely impressed. I only know him because he used to work at Boot Barn. I used to get him to shape my hats. Listening to his knowledge about the business, I used to encourage him about opening his own store. I'm glad to see he did. He's doing very well. I was happy to see all the people in his store. Good job, Jobe. Congratulations 🎊 👏 💐 🥳 🎊

I ordered a Jobes Brand Hat and sent a photo with a specific look I wanted. It showed up at my house just a couple of days later exactly how I wanted it. I was shocked at the overall quality of it. It exceeded my expectations in every way.

Worth The Drive!!! Purchased a hat from a western store off of 75 in Plano and provided the shape request. While the hatter worked my hat, he paused multiple times to direct folks to a hat or provide a recommendation on a fit. He was not focused and the resulting shape was proof. SUCH a disappointment. I searched for experience and expertise and was led to Jobes'. Wanting a quality shape, I made the drive. Jobes' hatter took a quarter of the time and easily created a breathtaking shape. I will DEFINITELY be back!

I placed an online order for a 40X American Hat during a sale Jobe's posted. The hat was shaped and shipped to me within a couple days. I could not be happier with the hat and service. The hat fits perfect and was shaped by Conor exactly how I wanted. I would like to thank him for the fantastic job he did. Due to the sale I got a great price on a hat of much higher quality than I would have ordinarily purchased. I would not hesitate to order from Jobe's again and look forward to being able to visit the store in person one day.

Wow what a great experience my wife and I had at the Jobe Hats store in Ft. Worth. Actually was amazed at the selection and Jobe and his family were there working and just the nicest family ever. They were very attentive and we highly recommend this company to anyone looking for Western Wear and Cowboy hats. Thanks Jobe for taking time to make us feel at home. We will be back.

Very good spot for cowboy hats and apparel. Danny shaped my midnight blue American hat beautifully and was very very helpful on questions I had and the entire process very personable and knowledgeable. I had been to Cavender’s first and they didn’t go the extra mile the Danny did for me to make sure my hat was all it could be and to me it means a lot when making a more expensive purchase such as this.

One of the few in Fort Worth ( aside from the Stockyards, North Side of Fort Worth) where you can find authentic western wear and most of all HATS! This was my first time buying a hat and let me tell you they know their trade- They took the time ( and for they I mean Jobe, the store owner) to educate me on what they have and what will go best with what's trending or if you prefer a classic Hat hey have it and know how to shape it the best way possible! You won't regret spending on quality products and excellent customer service!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the best experience at Jobes Hat Store! I purchased a beautiful 500x felt hat and I’m absolutely obsessed with it. The customer service was phenomenal… Neyda Herrera took amazing care of me from start to finish, and every single team member I interacted with was just as wonderful. You can really feel the pride and passion they put into their work. Highly recommend Jobes to anyone looking for quality hats and exceptional service!

I flew in from Seattle yesterday with 3 cowboy hats that’s been in my closet for ages. I wanted to finally get them shaped so I can wear them. I looked at the reviews of Jobes Hat and it was spot on. I called about hat shaping time and was told to just walk in. I was going to drop my hats off but was advised to stay and just get them done then and there. Daniel was who helped me out and he was knowledgeable, professional and just so pleasant to deal with. I trusted him with his choices. Everyone at this store was friendly! They even gave me a box for hats so they don’t get damaged on the flight home! To top it off- they were affordable! Looking forward to coming back to shop next time I’m in town!
